    yes i should re-phrase. stop going out clubbing, drinking etc, once you have a routine put together then its fine, wats the point if you go hard all week n waste it away on big nite outs.

    i take one teaspoon... but load up 7 days prior, i would go on bodybuilding.com theres a calculator for the appx amount for ur body weight of how much to take. currently resting but do stock up on the stuff all day.
