    Trap bar for deadlifts

There's a trap bar on eBay for $59 brand new, it's the same as the one I have and I've had 195kg on it no problems. Can be used with standard or oly plates, but doesn't have the raised handles. If I were you I'd give that a shot, then if you don't like it you've only lost $60

How tall is he and what were his lifts at worlds? That is the best male body I have ever seen (no homo), not too big and bulky and still looks incredibly athletic. Awesome.

    Sleep Problems

There are other treatments besides the machine, depending on how severe your sleep apnea is, and even something as simple as learning the circular breathing that aborigines do when they play the didgeridoo will help.

    Buying a quality barbell

I covered the racks with a piece of rubber conduit to prevent the knurling from being worn down, and it wouldnt be hard to do the same with the safety racks. This wont stop the weight possibly affecting the bushings though.

    Belts and Lifting Big

Are you asking what the difference is between barefoot lifting and lifting shoes or the difference between joggers and lifting shoes? Barefoot is the next best thing to lifting shoes IMO, joggers provide too much cushioning.

    Bands

Bands and chains change the resistance curve though and make it harder as you get higher so in an exercise like cleans where you use power off the ground and are relying on momentum for your body to get in under the bar the bands would take the momentum out of the bar. I think that makes...

    WANT: vertical jump incr.

When I played basketball I could hang off the hoop as well, and I was 5ft 6. I'd never been near weights though so I wouldn't have been able to hold a candle to him there. But rep coaches in qld were impressed. I think it works out at about a 36inch vertical leap (pretty good for a white bloke)...
