    What happened to bodybuilding?

His comp weight was 265-269lbs (on a quick google search, and you're saying he's only 5-9lb lighter now? No way in the world. The guy on the left is 96kg, there's not much difference is size IMO. He sure as shit wasn't 117kg at the expo.

    What happened to bodybuilding?

I seen Yates at the fitness expo in Sydney this year and I'd be very surprised if he is 100kg now, only a BB fan would recognise him

My Physio also told me this and I have issues with my neck as well so it makes sense.

    Elbow Sleeves

Thats exactly it, but only perform the lowering part of the lift and with a ridiculously light weight (like the coke can). I bought a sleeve from chemist warehouse for around $10 and it done the trick keeping it warm, which in turn helped with lessening pain and increasing movement. I had a...

    Elbow Sleeves

I've used the brace you linked to for tennis elbow and didn't rate it. Weighted eccentric wrist lowering exercises with a very light weight (like a coke can) for 3 sets of 10-25 reps with 2min rest and ice for 20mins after, prolotherapy and Physio cured my tennis elbow.

    Herniated Disc

I can because the fact remains that when I couldn't get any help from anyone else, a Chiro fixed my neck. Your opinion may be that they are a joke, but that is only your opinion. I steered very clear of them for a long time because I was concerned about the "witch doctor" type attitude towards...

    Herniated Disc

A "medical professional" covers far too many occupations, it would even include a physio. In my experience osteos have had zero effect, and any Physio that diagnoses a herniated discs without scans isnt worth a pinch of salt either. As for your "spinal doctor" my neck is so bad that the...

    Herniated Disc

did you read any of this Morgan? you are kidding yourself. He had already said he'd been and seen the Physio and he had been diagnosed with the herniated disc, and he asked if anyone else had a similar issue and how it affected squats and deadlifts. I answered that.

    Herniated Disc

I honestly don't know how mine originally happened and I wasn't training when I found out. When I did start back training I found that if my form was slightly out it would aggravate it and I'd walk like I had a pole up my arse for 3-5 days. If I feel a twinge I ice it as soon as I finish...

    Preworkout

I can't speak for anyone I else but I use them (notice I said USE not NEED) because they often make the difference between a good and great workout. I'm very sensitive to caffeine so I can have 1 serve on the way home and by the time I get home I'm bouncing off the walls and really rip in when I...

    T-bar rows

yes but remember that as you raise the weights more of the weight is transferred down through the base of the machine, and if you are pulling towards your navel to engage your lats you will also be putting more pressure on the base plate.

    T-bar rows

i read somewhere i few weeks ago that the base of a T bar row setup takes around 15% of the load, so you are actually lifting 15% less than what you have loaded on. If you only want to know to track your progress and keep progressing it will be much easier to just write down the weight that you...
