Every hour I was holding my breath between 17 and 45 seconds......I was doing this on average 19 to 22 times an hour. Basically starving myself of oxygen...

First chest work out in over 3 months tonight. Made it thru with no problems doing 3 sets of each. Started with just the bar on bench press and worked up to 60kg. Wrist felt pretty good so went on to incline barbell at 60kg. Finished off with body weight dips. Could only do 5 reps of these...

    Farmers Walk

Thanks mate, no knurling. I just used heavy wall pipe for the handles and had them powder coated. It is fairly grippy. You could rough the paint up a bit by using some fine sandpaper for more grip. I was thinking of knurling them but didn't have access to a lathe Cheers

My victory is nearly being able to make a fist again and roll my fingers into a ball. I am not quite there yet but I reckon in 2 weeks time I will be able to. My hand therapist was blown away by how much movement I have in my fingers after the severity of my accident. And this was only from...

    Dynamometer Hand Grip Tester

I used one of these for the first time the other day at the hand therapist. My left hand was measured at 52 and my right injured hand was 11kg. I wonder what the maximum someone has squeezed these things. Some of the big deadlifters would have to have this thing going off the dial. Anyone use...
