    Venom

    1 shake is a post workout, 1 is before bed and the other is during the day. Yes I still have 3 other meals with a serve of Tuna/Chicken/Turkey etc plus plenty of other stuff. The protein powder actually is only to supplement my intake.

    Current sample of what I have from them: I have been using their products for 2 years now, never had an issue. The taste is great of all the protein flavours. The BCAA is OK, nothing beats XTEND though.

    3 x 50g shakes per day x 2 (hubby) Yeah 10kg a month Plus 1kg of BCAA, Pre workout, beta Al and all the other SUPPS. A few hundred per month easy.

    The only BULK non brand name protein i have found that tastes any good is BULK POWDERS, all the flavours are great. BN, Venom etc do not cut it for me and believe me I have tried them all. I spend a few hundred per month and it all goes on Bulk Powders goods.

    Adipowers or Romaleos 2?

    I have Adippwers, had to get them from overseas as no one in Australia stock women's sizes ie: really small men's. Got mine from here http://vikingweightlifting.com/shop/adidas-adipower-weightlifting-shoes/ 4 days for delivery. Best thing I have purchased.

    Barbel squats = painful

    Have a look on All Things Gym in the mobiklity section, Oly lifters have some really good tricks. Also Kelly Starrett (mobility WOD) on you tube is good and Athlete_development on Instagram. Hope this helps.

    Deadlift issues

    Wanting to purchase gloves for my gf for lifting

    I started with a pair of nike but now prefer to use chalk .I carry a bag of it with me incase some if the gyms I go to have none. But I found the nike a good pair when using them.
