    Woody Allen is not a funny man, lets clear that up :) I'm at the GYM now, I'll go back to basics untill my technique breaks down ( what I think is correct) and ill post up the vid and see what you think. Cant type anymore hittings ARMS like a MOFO :) Cheers

    Share some of your thoughts on your last week of working out

    Hit some PB's, overall it was good. Still disappointed I have niggling injury issues which are preventing me from learning Olympic lifting (can't wait).

    Not bragging But I don't consider her workouts anything spectacular, considering that's her life, no distractions ie: children, 9-5 job, financial pressures. Everything at her fingertips ie: nutrition, supplements, rehab etc.

    Vertical Leg Press

    I have used the smith machine as one ages ago, can load it up reasonably heavy 200kg. Can't say my legs felt any different to 45 degree press etc. A proper machine would be nice though.

    I'll check this post in 10 years and see where we are both at. :) I'm 100% sure i will still be lifting heavy arse weights. Wether it be on earth or in the stars.

    I love them, don't do them often as my mobility in my wrists is an issue. But i soumetimes use the tales of the 6's straps for assistance :))

    Bulk powders

    I will get 2 x BulkPowders batches tested along with a No Name from a local Health Shop and a Gasparri (SP?) powder.
