    I am tested everyday by injuries. Even though I was told today I have to stop doing Chest. I wil continue LIFTING, untill I can't lift anymore. It's what I do :)

    120kg 4" deficit deadlift, surprised myself as I had already done conventional deads. Had some left in the tank :)

    When does your grip on a bar give? What was it originally?

    Double overhand 120kg, i am trying to strengthen it for double over as alternate grip places too much stretch on the Bicep for my liking. PS: Farmers carry has strengthen my grip heaps, I find. Also the KLOKOV Plate flips are great.

    Both hands over until it gives out then I alternate over/under from left to right so I don't favour one over the other.
