    providing you have quilified you can just use states to see where you are. and hit 85-95%. also to practice in comp conditions.

    I know. im just showing people that different training plans elicit different effects. should most training programs cause cumulative fatigue? and is cumulative fatigue the reason why a deload or decrease in volume should be used before comp days? And the reason why you cannot perform 100%...

    i know that during the sheiko cycles i did, i felt pretty weak, and would find 80% doubles and triples hard. If i cut back for a while or did 32 i would see an increase in strength. I could hit 90% any time, not 100% during normal training. those guys did well but did they cheat themselves...

    you dont need good bumpers, a good bar and a lifting platform to do powercleans. get some cheap bumpers. they'll last enough time for you do decide whether you need good bumpers or no bumpers at all (2-3 years, maybe more especially if its just you using them). also they looks way cooler...

    the standard. the heavy duty was $200 more i think. its just me and my friends using it so there was no need to get the heavy duty.

    I got my punisher/prowler yesteday from rock solid. looks gangster. ive done a few runs with no weight and i could feel the lactic acid starting to flow. it was $440 looks like great quality. I look forward to getting owned by it on wednesday.

    the simple fact is that no one cares about weightlifting in Australia. its not because people with degrees are training them. weightlifting is the most popular sport for women in China. that is why they win.
