    define "strong" a geared lifter who squats a thousand pounds might only squat 300ish raw, so thry are not as strong raw as someone who swuats 310,but the guy who squats 310 raw might only squat 350 in gear, maybe 380-400 after a fair bit of training. if the geared lifter trained raw for a while...

    CLint Darden recently competed in Oly lifting, sans briefs. I box squat once a week, my quads are ok, as are most multiply equipped lifters that i know of.

    I was able to eat 6k calories a day for about 4 months, it's hard with clean food, eating 2 chicken breasts and 500g of pasta is not easy lol. I weighed 85kg at that stage.

    Basically my goal is to be right smack bang on 82.5, fully carb and water loaded for the comp on Feb 16th, i will need to be around 79.5kg fully depleted for this to happen.
