    Can you elaborate? I'm doing 90x5x5 at the moment as assistance, feels allright. Very very narrow grip, lots of ROM.

    That's a great lockout. Any stretches or tips for working on oly style lockouts, I would like to improve my press form. I'm thinking I need to go to an oly trainer.

    I row 42.5kg-50kg dumbells but at a more horizontal angle than some e.g. above is like 45 degrees. I'm not totally horizontal though.

    I tried slowing down the eccentric for ages, did nothing for me. Did less reps and got weaker. I do eccentric slowly on chins though, feel like my biceps are under so much strain. Don't want to rebound / tear something... doing them now, feels scary.

    Nice! I just got +25kg (+102.5 bodyweight) x7 the other day. It goes up soooooo damn slowly for me. I'd love to hit 10 reps with a 25kg plate. I think I could have done +25kgx6 1 year ago. 1 rep per year. zzzz.

    Shoulder Overhead Press. To sit or stand?

    Prefer standing so I can lean back a bit. I lack the flexibility to finish behind the head seated without a backrest.

    How do you grip the bar when deadlifting

    I've just been grabbing it overhand (both hands) like a pull up bar. No locking or anything. Heaviest I've done was 180 which was no problem. I've done so many fucking doorway chin ups I think my fingers are stupidly strong.

    Haha, I took your advice that I'd kill myself on legs doing the leg days (I do my own 5x5 stuff instead), but I am doing the bench days. The volume feels fine. I am 100% recovered between workouts. I can beat the shit out of my upper body and it grows. I am actually adding in some overhead...

    I havent done curls in a few weeks. Biceps get so fucked from 50 chins + 20 weighted chins each week. They feel like they do so little.

    I got a good program off PTC, I went to the gold coast branch (tried Bris, didnt get a response a while ago, guess they were very busy). Explain how strong you are, I dont think you want a beginners program. I'm doing 'DIGIT' and it feels great volume wise. They really know how to write a program.
