    as you said there is no "optimum time" just routine, for beat results in pl training you would want to train at the same time of the day you would lift in a meet so that your body is used to busting its balls at that time of the day

    i dont really care, iv trained first thing, lunch, arvo and midnight. all seemed the same, except for being tired while training so late, but that doesnt seem to affect my performance, only my focus, but that becomes a mental issue

    you need to be careful that you dont over do it, when i first started it was max 5 a year, that allows for adequate time off and a proper peaking cycle. when you start to get more advanced you need to bring it down, next year ill do 3 tops maybe a bench only if i do some shirt work. i honestly...

    its called inexperience, there certainly is a groove in equipped lifting, getting stronger isnt the solution to everything, when you have only used a shirt for a month you arnt going to be able to keep it in groove simply because of inexperience.

    i wear a belt, but think about it, a belt assists in an indirect manner, it helps you maintain position, you still have to lift all the weight, wraps on the other hand, load up on the way down and take a % of the load, sleeves to fuck all, may get 5kg out of tight TKs, not sure when but TKS will...
