Sorry for giving my opinion 180/130/225 isnt strong if you weight over say 80kg, PA aus open 83s records are sitting at 250/178/285 So hitting 180/135/225 at 83 doest make you automatically strong.     My bench has been trained for equipped, so basicaly all technique work. Squat 1.5kg off after my worst trainin cylce, deadlift is 8kgs off keeping in mind that those numbers were from last year.

Thats not a strong bench press if your over 70kg 400 is 181kg, i squatted 180 on a bad day after about a year and a half of training at 92kg, i wouldnt consider 180 a strong squat in powerlifting, maybe if your under 70kg and sub junior, sub junior (so under 18) ipf world...

    power rack + safeties + plank if you already have a power rack see if your bench fits across it, if not, trip down to bunnings. if you have a rack its pointless spending a a few thousand when you dont need to, unless of course your cashed up and want to splurge. :)

    best belts from titan are brahma, 13mm, starting at something like 400, before customization (this is the higher end of brahma belts) longhorns being cheaper. thats if you want something like that, keeping in mind these are hand made. so they are epic dont take my word on the pricing though
