    Nope, macros had been pretty constant for about two weeks prior. I generally aim for something like this on non-training days protein - 140g carb - 40g fat - 80g Extra cals on training days mostly come from carbs.

    Currently Cal intake is aimed at 1500 for non-training and 2000 for non-training days. Realistically I normally overshoot these numbers by 10-20% but even when I do that consistently I seem to still make progress so I don't see the need to clamp down yet. I welcome any suggestions.
