    Broken Collar Bone

    I'm not a doctor so don't take this as any official medical advice... You should be fine. The metal plate used will be only to keep the bone pieces in place so they can heal without moving. So it's not so much a matter of you still having hardware in you, but if the bone has healed. 3 years...

    Arthritis - treatment

    Got any more info on this? I always thought that what you said was correct but ended up reducing overall inflammation as a result. And since arthritis is an inflammatory disease it did actually improve joint health or at least assist in preventing it getting worse.

    I normally overshoot them a little to get at least 1500 Cals. After experimenting I found the lower carb works for me as I find I get better performance out of it and just generally feel better so I stuck with it. Also means I can eat more bacon. Have more carbs after training though.
