    for me, if I miss an exercise I would tack it onto the end of the next session. but from what you're saying it sounds like it would be better to alternate on separate days and up the intensity :)

    Have you thought about using something like this instead? Slings - Australian Kettlebells/ IronEdge I know people who have successfully used 4WD snatch straps as well, much kinder on your bars if you dump them as well.

    cliffs: at least state that the organisation does not condone the use of PEDs why: because if shit happens (i.e. massive drug bust etc) the organisation can use that as a shield to protect both the organisation and it's members irrespective of the ability to do actual testing.

    Goosey said the weight was too much for the number of reps. What he is hinting at is use an appropriate weight for the exercise so that you don't lose form and work the target area completely.
