    You can add 2.5kg to every set, but given you said this I would do the program as written.

    Start with the bar, and add 2.5kg every session until you cannot complete the required reps/sets. Then add 2.5kg only after you can complete the required reps

    if it was me, I would complete this 4 week block as is. For the next block I would add 5-10kg to your max and use wraps. note though, that you can add/remove an extra set or two if it is too easy or too hard.
