    take a week off from the program, still workout just mix things ups. do some max pushups or play around with olympic lifts, do some front squats. mix it up.

    Squat is Broken

    I too am in the same boat. working weights have gone up 15kg but max has gone up 2.5kg. not sure if i should squat my way out of it or i should hammer assistance work words cannot explain my frustration.

    work: glass bender (factory work) its not too bad. pay is good and hours are good, no weekends. i enjoy the physical work. uni- exercise sports science. second year this year. really enjoying it. not sure what to do after but all is well.

    Foam roller

    i got the "stick" from auskb. i like it better for hitting the quads and IT band, also calves. foam roller requires more effort. i do love my foam roller for cracking my back.
