    Train to failure or failure at training?

    i think you need a bit of both in your training. it shouldn't always be to failure, but at certain time you need to push the limits in order to progress. im 6'2 and weight 87. i still look skinny. 90+ for sure.

    Sprint training while bulking..

    easy. go to a park with a field and jog/walk the longs and sprint the try line (short side). start at 3-5 laps and add laps till your at 10. then drop it too 5 laps but this time sprint the long side and walk/jog the shorts side. get up to 10 laps. by then you should have a pretty good...

    Peaking

    i train to increase my peak when i peak, lol. using progressive resistance we are always working towards a peak aren't we. i will usually go for a pb in a comp or if i know i can beat it by 5-10kg and i'm feeling extra good. otherwise i think you should use that energy to get a good workout...
