    does your bar have grip that goes all the way to the sleeves? some dont. I used to snatch with my arms on the collar but i moved them in about 5 cm each and feel much better. play around with it. if you can get to a coach then youtube and your camera are your best friends.

    nsw shut them down. they were all over them. they didn't give darren lockyer and thurston any time and when they made breaks the cover defense was good.

    Finally bought a copy of Starting Strength

    good book. i did 4L for about a month gained 2kg , then cut it down to 2L, now im about 1L. i think the program listed is the best for novices. Practical Programming is also an awesome book (less form stuff, more about programming)
