    From my experience it gives you a pretty good boost if you don't normally have caffeine in your diet.

    my gym is full of comedy... saw a guy smashing down 120kg dead lifts like it was an asteroid hitting earth.. bouncing deadlifts like its a basketball.. see constant 1inch ROM squats with bitch pad on bar.. loading up 100kgs on bench and going down 2cm with the spotter saying "comon broooo" A guy...

    I won't gain any muscle mass?

    If you want to cut and maintain what muscle you have.. just eat less.. and try and keep your lifts stable.. if you find you are losing strength that probably means you are cutting too much! Trial and error I guess.

    Muscle Rest For Growth

    Well since school has been winding down and it's now holidays for me I have done a little experiment. I've trained at least 5 - 6 days a week for the past month, doing mostly compound exercises. On usual rest days I would practice snatches and OH squats, clean and press and stuff that I wouldn't...
