    Test supplements??

I have the original BN Test Booster Combination (OP - note that this has Trib in it), and combine it with BN DIM and ON RES and TestForce 2 DAA. Similar to your combination Big Mick but with RES added. Perhaps I can comment a little? I have stopped taking the DIM ongoing, or only take it in...

No Bull Supplements Beef Jerky Review

I've got mine and starting the taste testing. Have not had it before (bought some Coles brand to compare to). Thorough review coming soon. First impression though. Pretty nice (Peri Peri)! MUCH prefer the Peri Peri over Lemon Pepper though!

    Test supplements??

Perhaps getting off topic (OP my favourite "test" supplement is DAA. I use TestForce 2), but... What do you think on his comments re: bioavailability? That to me is the biggest question mark over any res product. Also noting that there are heaps of Res products - mostly aimed at the life...

    Test supplements??

More noting a coincidence really, suspect they're not related but a small part of me thought maybe they were the same (but not related to you). You mentioned people wanting free supps and evidently people named Right Hook have an interest :)

    Test supplements??

I'm not pro or anti RES100, but seeing it on Ausbb did spark me to look into Reservatrol. Which is all I'm suggesting the OP does. Patrick Arnold talks on Res a bit, I generally look into things a bit harder if he starts supporting it (e.g. DAA). My take on it so far is that it can increase...

    Test supplements??

Heaps of things you could look at, but IMO not Trib... Look at supplements like DAA (D-Aspartic Acid) and Reservatrol. But after you get food and protein sorted if you haven't already.

    BCAA Recovery samples are ready!

Got my sample last night. Going to give it a go tonight during workout. Not been a BCAA user before so can't really give a comparison review (nor comment on thoughts of the 2-1-1 ratio etc), but I will post back on other thoughts re: flavouring etc!

Various BMR methods to identify maintenance cals

So I had a look into what the DEXA scan recommendation used to calculate a maintenance cals starting point. It uses the Cunningham equation. Comparison of several equations - this says that the Cunningham typically underestimates (but also says similar about the others for certain age groups)...

Various BMR methods to identify maintenance cals

I'm hopeful that working out a food plan for the week, and getting organised for the week, will make sure I'm roughly doing the right cals. I should really need to track anything at that point, if I'm doing the meals planned and close to the right portion size per the plan. Where I've failed...

Various BMR methods to identify maintenance cals

Do you vary depending on how active you are for a day? e.g. I burn a lot of energy playing basketball, so makes sense I eat a little more that day ?

Various BMR methods to identify maintenance cals

Yep that's all I want is a starting point. I'll learn to adjust it from there if I see changes.

Various BMR methods to identify maintenance cals

I figured establishing maintence cals would be the first step regardless, and then what I actually consume is adjusted based on what the goals are? But at this point I want to drop the bf% a little in the short term. That year of adding weight has given me a little 'extra' in the mid-section...

Various BMR methods to identify maintenance cals

Hi all, would welcome some input - hopeful some answers here might help out others also. I have spent 12 months just trying to bulk up, and although conscious of the quality of food and protein content, and have not really focused on the volume of my food. This change will come online in the...

3 new products and more on our 'Purity Guranteed' labels

Hey Bulk Nutrients, Got a series of questions on Test Max, which is getting close to an "all in one". e.g. the Vit E - do you know the split of tocopherols vs. tocotrienols? Want me to post them here or best to email the technical@bn email address?

    [Cricket] Cricket

My point is that we've had weak spots for years and Ponting hasn't necessarily been the worst IMO. Our openers for example haven't been right for a while - and they keep exposing the middle order too early, to the middle order (and Ponting's) detriment. Yeah maybe Hodge should've got more of a...

Problem is, no one has exactly put their hand up to take the position. Several have tried and failed - might be the case for the next year or two also.
