    Nootropic product coming soon!

Hey Matt, seems you know a little about this stuff? What Aus website had aniracetam? (Been looking) And what did you think of it - effective? How do you think Noopept stacks up against that?

Southbank / South Melbourne gym recommendations

Re-creation in South Melbourne sounds similar - it wasn't bad. The home gym is a serious option. I'll need a gym while I'm living where I am, but if that changes, be looking for somewhere with a shed!

Southbank / South Melbourne gym recommendations

Do you use either? Bodyworld a bit far away for me. Frustrated as Ultimate You is ok (ok range, but new, close), and good value if I sign up for a year ($10 pw). But could be on the move soon and don't want to sign up for a fixed term - a problem I'll have anywhere.

Impact on quality of life - a discussion

Good advice. Hopeful all these comments helps others that might stumble across the thread. As for me, I'm not close to doing it at this stage, and would be a while away if I did. But just finding my views towards it are changing somewhat, frustratingly finding myself in contradiction with...

Impact on quality of life - a discussion

That's what I am debating in my own mind, it's blurry - either get a bunch of legal products that only possibly have an effect and cost a bunch of money... or go straight for what works but have to cross some sort of line.

Impact on quality of life - a discussion

Where do you draw the line though, do you use legal supps at present to maximise what you are doing? (I do) The line is blurry at the edges. E.g. DMAA now being scheduled but was legal before, and HGH releasing ghrp6 isn't illegal (AFAIK)? I would think looking at these two that their...

Impact on quality of life - a discussion

Been giving this a lot of thought recently. Whether any AAS, hormones, pro-hormones, peptides etc are worth it? I’m certainly not across what does what and how well yet, just at that intrigued stage. The more time I've spent on this board, the more I feel like I’m “leaving money on the table...

Sick of this fucking shit !

Done this one a fair bit by not training smart in the past. E.g. on a program where I "must" do more pull-ups than I did the last time = straining, bad breathing = instant sharp headache, dizzyness, feel like pulled something in the neck.

    Winners Announced for 2012

I would love to have seen Dexa scans! Some photos look as though they've just trimmed a bodyfat but are more or less the same size (still, props for even doing that), also differences in "flexing effort" and lighting etc in the photos makes it tough. Good on everyone who competed.

    Nootropic product coming soon!

Thanks for the reply, and sorry for any confusion on my part! I guess I wasn't after hard proof for all the ingredients as such ala the "Purity Guarantee" - but consider it a question that I'd personally like to find an answer to, as to why the ingredients will help "focus, concentration, mood...

    Lowering SHBG naturally?

Digging up an old thread here rather than posting a new one. Any thoughts on how to reduce SHBG naturally? Had Proviron recommended but that isn't natural ASFAIK... Trick is in my scenario that I really only want it to effect SHBG. Estrogen levels are pretty low and shouldn't be lowered any...

    Nootropic product coming soon!

No problem. I'm referring to the list of ingredients, how for your new Test Booster product you created a PDF elaborating on why each ingredient was good / proven to be effective etc. Was hoping you'd planned to have similar for your Cognitone product, giving info as to why you have the...

    Nootropic product coming soon!

I'm interested (also in the Noopept product) but I know little of the ingredients in Cognitone. I'd only really heard of the Racetams as far as Nootropics go, but the Noopept product on the BN website claims Noopept is "1000x more potent than Piracetam". Wonder how the "Cognitone" product...

Rapid Fat Loss diet by Lyle McDonald

This link has me confused on what to set as my carb intake: How Many Carbohydrates Do You Need | BodyRecomposition - The Home of Lyle McDonald I'm trying to follow 65% fat, 30% protein and 5% carbs (% in terms of daily calories, not grams). That little table in the link is saying my muscle...
