    possible steroid stack enquiry

pin hcg the entire time you're on and for 2ish weeks after (depending on esters etc), THEN run your pct once your test/deca have dropped off enough. 250iu 2-3times per week will do it. nolva on it's own wont be enough to get your leydig cells functioning back to normal capacity as injecting...

8 x Mr Olympia LeeHaney says 'no' to squats?

if, instead of just making poorly formed assumptions about me, you looked at the training log i started, or even THE FIRST POST IN THIS THREAD, you would have been able to deduce that I DO SQUAT. What part of trying to find a better way of doing something is a bad idea? I wish we all followed...

    nolva

Nolva isn't an Aromatase Inhibitor. It is a Selective Estrogen Receptor Modulator. As is Clomid. They don't stop the conversion of Testosterone to Estrogen in the body, they decrease the Estrogen's effectiveness by blocking it's pathways of use. You are correct about it being helpful in...

8 x Mr Olympia LeeHaney says 'no' to squats?

i love how most of you seem to have continued going off on your little crusade about how squats are king and anyone who doesn't do them is clearly retarded. thinking outside the box is how the world progresses. if i could find a way to train my legs to get maximum benefit, with minimum risk to...

    [Movie] Movie Review Thread

the movie itself is pretty good, but the ending is shithouse. imo there's really only two ways a time travel movie can go in the end and, predictably, this did one of them.

8 x Mr Olympia LeeHaney says 'no' to squats?

once again, feedback is largely totally useless, except goosey, from who's post i infer that i should get some proper instruction into how to do the movement correctly before i discount it from the godly status you all seem to think it deserves. goosey, thank you for your suggestion. everyone...

8 x Mr Olympia LeeHaney says 'no' to squats?

it's probably my own fault that i hate them (probably bad form), especially since i don't really like training my legs anyway, but i don't feel comfortable in the movement. i also have really tight hamstrings, which can become uncomfortable. and i don't like the positioning of the bar, either in...

8 x Mr Olympia LeeHaney says 'no' to squats?

So I've just read the above, hearing that, in his leg training seminars, he advocates high reps on super-slow leg extensions as his main weapon, leaving squats to be done at a much lighter weight, later in the program. going to try n get my hands on said seminars to verify this as i HATE squats...

    Fat Pride Article

it's good for people to "feel comfortable in the skin they're in" n all that jazz, but surely there's a point where you have to say to yourself "you know what? if i'm happy like this, imagine how much happier i could be if i was a healthier weight/more active/etc". there are literally THOUSANDS...

    Sydney protests call for beheadings...

hahaha how do you even do that? i wouldn't have thought the milk crate was strong enough :P extremely well-made point and, even though i agree, in principal, in practice it could be a completely different ball game. though i really do hope it all works out in the way you suggest

    Ab circle pro?

didn't mean to come across like i wasn't paying attention man. i'll admit i kinda only skimmed the thread :/ i still think the workout in that link isn't optimal for a newbie, but if you feel like you're getting good results, roll with it. if you wanna do ab stuff at home, maybe try doing stuff...

    Ab circle pro?

scrap that workout entirely: your muscles don't need that much volume or recovery time to grow so early in your training. do a full body workout every other day, with lots of compound lifts, instead. ccm is 100% right too: abs ARE made in the kitchen. scrap the ab exercises completely...

Ideal form on a DeadLift for Hamstring development

cheers, this was pretty much the sort of info i was looking for. i guess they're only bad if done with incorrect form, but that's kinda true for most things. i'll watch the vid a few more times then give them a go on my next leg day :D
