    As far as I know, all bars that are made in Australia are made in the same factory in Victoria. Ours, ABC, when ironedge was aus made etc.

    Thanks Goosey. Without knowing if you have any special considerations, it’s hard to really comment on the program you’ve got, but it does sound a little odd. Bench shouldnt take twice as long as squats, and if you don’t have any extra work on squat day, what are you doing for hamstrings...

    I own Valhalla :) Our bars have zero maintenance, and stainless sleeves with a black nitrate shaft, so no rust issues there. Our bars are are on the grippier side though, so they can be a little rough on soft hands.

    Squat shoes

    i never let my lifters wear heals if they can’t make depth. Pretty much every lifter (who doesn’t have screws in their ankle), should be able to squat to depth without oly shoes. Fix the issue, don’t just hide it :)
