    Do all rows, db kb bb pendlay upright etc. etc. to get a strong deadlift. But nothing makes a strong deadlift like deadlifting.

    Avoid stretching the skin, and yeah i wouldn't squat with a back tattoo. I had my chest done and just tried to avoid stretching it as best i could, it hurt like a bitch too so i wasn't so keen on doing it anyway

    I use 5*5 for assistance, but not for the main lifts, do what makes you strong, not what other people tell you to do.
