    Dropped in for another look.

    The issue is a lot of the good posts and posts that answer the questions get drowned out by the piss take and trolling that goes on. This affects the forum as a whole as it can reduce traffic, people stop coming, people stop asking questions etc.

    I work for a large institution, i showed my accountant and he thinks i should get a sizable return including deductions, will be interested to see the final figure. I am not fussed, if i paid too much i get it all back anyway, being a PAYG system.

    Being on contract it varies a bit, but it still averages about 39%, then there is HECS on top of that, which i don't mind, but still annoying :P

    More taxes, just what we need, if i want to build my career before family, i shouldn't be punished, already pay ~40% of my wages into tax as it is!

    My training isn't very scientific, it feels good and i havn't had a pec injury so i keep doing them.

    I throw them in at the end of a hard bench session, but usually 5-7kg and rrrreeeaaaallllyyyyy stretch the pecs out for sets of 20 or so.
