    It's more of a mental aid, rather than a physical one, marketed at liver function (but not any evidence to support that). You can buy it at most chemists, i think it gets chucked in with some B vitamins but it's not really a viamin. Not illegal in Australia.

    0ni, not a chance i could train on less than 2000 calories per day, body is nowhere near efficient enough to utilise the calories without some help. Even at 2000 i feel lethargic, 3 days per week at 2000 is more than enough for me, even with 2 days at 3800 and 2 at 2000 with carbs i still feel it.

    Maybe i am misreading the terminology, but test levels way outside normal would be indicative of using testosterone? The epi/test balance and ratio of testosterone types (exo/endo) would also indicate and give a positive test. Correct me if i am misreading terminology.

    A good peice of advice i got was to try and sit down directly between your knees, this will push your knees out and help keep you upright, rather then pushing back or dropping forward.

    Triceps

    My triceps have exploded recently, every upper session ends with a close grip half bench movement (whether pin presses or board presses), tricep extensions off the floor and deloaded after each rep, then a pressdown/pushup movement for the deepest burn. Hopefully it carries over to strength.

    My normal diet is full of sausages, bacon, etc. already lol. 79.7kg this morning, 2 very high calorie days ahead then carb window on Sunday afternoon, will be interesting to see my weight on Monday.
