    I kinda feel the same, but its a positional issue... I think its from doing so many cleans, so I'm used to having the heel The idea of an Olympic shoe is for position, helps keep torso upright coming out of snatches, CJs and both squats to mimic the oly movements... I don't really know of or...

    Use to on clean and jerk, sometimes from not flaring last to lift back off windpipe, but a couple of times from holding breathe, sometimes you will go 15-20 seconds holding your breathe, then when you breathe out, the exertion causes a big rush to your head.. Its not the best feeling

    If its just squatting may as well just use stands, that's all we use, they are plenty stable!! If you'll be doing some bench or anything like that then go the rack

    Weightliftingspares.com.au has eleiko leather straps, apparently they are super strong!!! I don't know anyone that uses them, as weightlifters want something slick for release if using in snatch, but they are meant to be dynamite for pulls

    Go to burnings, but a tie down strap for your car, cut some pieces to length and tape the end together, you have 3 or 4 sets for about $5

    But Alan and the 3dmj will all also say that there are gonna be overriding factors such as sleep, stress, work, programs that are gonna have a bigger impact than how quick and how often you eat.. like I said it's really up to the individual, it's what they find best and easiest to adhere too...

    That's an interesting point though about weights and diabetics, I did not know that, though I'll maintain in first price anything to do with a general person with no real medical conditions

    Meals are completely up to the individual. .. The post WO window is more like 24 hours though if not more So yeah its pretty much irrelevant unless op is a diabetic having 700g of carbs a day
