    I live full body, I've always been my strongest from it... I'm thinking I'll cut my loses with having paid for a coach, I'll just do what I enjoy and eat a bit less for a month or 2, it has worked in the past..

    I think that's some of it also, I hired a coach to help me a bit, but I hate the program he wants me to follow as well.. I enjoy the main movements, now I have to do a fair bit of other shit I don't rate or enjoy, and I only do my favorite lifts once a week, so I'm over it 25 minutes into my session

    Training in morning/day or night?

    I get up at 420, I'm going I'm usually into my working sets by 5... I'd like to train later, I'm more flexible later in the day, not as stiff, but this works well for not interfering with anything, and nothing ever interfering with it

    It was last year's worlds, best thing is, he failed to break the record, then next lifter got it, then next lifter went one up on that again, then ilya came out and went ham.... He isn't undefeated in competition in 10 years

    How do YOU warm up?

    I just use the weight really, I'll do a reverse bridge hold, then I have a few things I do using the bar, then I just work up to my weights.. I train early, so if I'm tight I'll do a spiderman stretch and some I do portal stuff, but nothing too much

    Only watched half of it, will come back.. Coen rows while I can't say much for a size builder yet, they feel legit.. They are brutal, though I've only been doing them for 4-6 weeks so I can't comment much on the carryover r as yet
