    Meh, I don't even know.. But high bar is different to low bar.. Pushing your arse back won't keep your torso upright at all?? Doesn't rip only refer to low bar when doing tutorials?

    Didn't even read past first few sentences.. But, as an oly lifter who has had shoulder injuries, I can say the press has been one of best things for them... Dips and bench are shit though on them for me

    I could be wong, but I thought those things had training programs available for people looking to participate in them? ive heard it for tough mudder or something on radio.. if not, Im pretty sure military type stuff would be good? unless Im thinking of the wrong type of obstacle course...
