    I'm thinking about running Sheiko, and have some questions. 37 looks like a good routine for me for bench only, the weights look ok if I up my max to 140 (gym best is 130 paused, 135kg tng a week or two ago, 140kg a while ago after Smolov).     Ive never had panadol help much for anything. It seems very mild. Codeine based stuff (panadeine extra, mercyndol) have helped me with bad colds and other things. Pity you can't take that many over X hours.

    aljada what is your opinion on a level of test of 17nmol, tested in the morning (7am). I understand test goes up and down like a sine wave during the day - and so this low should mean nothing, it could have been 25 a few hours later......... but wouldn't the morning always be high?
