    Did 8 chins with 25kg added. Not a nice whole number but an actual PB on chins I havent had in ages. My numbers are finally going up.... As a result of gradually increasing workout volume and calories, I think.

    I dont really like/dislike any parts of my body. I guess all the other guys on this forum probably spend hours rubbing lotions onto their legs, being thankful for certain parts and beaming every time they look in the mirror.

    Pretty close to me now. I got 103-104kg bodyweight plus 25kg weighted chins tonight for 8 reps. Happy with that.

    How did you overcome the first big hurdle in your quest to be fit?

    I tried dieting at night so I could still concentrate at work. I found I could diet and still write reports/read documents all day without loads of food and sugar.

    I dunno man, based on what he said in the recent deadlifting thread about how deads build up your physique to be irresistible to women I think he would be a bit of a devil with the ladies. Wouldn't be surprised if he has women in all sorts of lycra all over him when he goes to the gym.

    Yep I can close CoC 2.5 and got 3 within 1mm but need to work on barbell grip. Farmers walks and some rack pulls/holds should do it.

    I thought low bfat helped with testosterone is all. And high bf created estrogen. I thought leaner would be better based on that.

    I mean double overhand. What is/was your grip like and how did you strengthen it? I find 200kg hard to hang on to but I can, just, for about 5-10 seconds. Using double overhand / not locking thumb/index finger style grip. Did some rack pulls today at 200kg, 180kg, 160kg, well above my deadlift...
