    Blame the coach. A multiple premiership winning coach? The Carlton players are pathetic. I have never seen such a spineless, feeble effort. Last week they laid 15 tackles in a half of football. If it was up to me, I'd drop a dozen players this week to send a message.

    I'm not so convinced they're all that bad. I've been doing negatives on rows and stiff leg deads. And all regular deadlifts up to around 230 before it starts becoming a controlled drop. Check Odell Manual's deadlift form...
