    10 days per fortnight, one hour each session. Full body every session.

    Just chasing options on deadlift bars. I plan to compete in GPC and turns out someone wants to buy me a barbell. Who's used both Okie and Texas bars. Why would you buy one over the other? Cheers.

    Dom's in glutes and legs after anything more than 2 weeks of squats. Also traps if I haven't done heavy shrugs in a while.

    Good stuff mate. High Volume in one go seems to injure me too much. I've gone to higher intensity more frequency.

    Sounds like a shithole. Not hardcore Whatever tickles your fancy. But for me. Barbell, Dumbbells and plates only. Lots of chalk, heavy metal and scotch whisky.

    I'm only guessing here but I'd say they'd assist you, particularly with a narrower stance. I've got the Inov8's and there ain't no way I'm ever squatting without them again... As for deadlifts with oly shoes....um k
