    I see more fat wanna be bodybuilders than powerlifters, and most of them being too much of a pussy to squat and deadlift. Looking at the results from the last state/national level PL competitions, in every single weight class I didn't see any fat winners....

    I like bands for stretching before training. Not stupid static stretching, but dynamic stretching. Shrek, grab a couple sizes, I like the smaller ones. More versatile.

    The best gym I trained at in perth was PTC. This was ages ago and is probably twice as good now. My own gym in the shed is pretty awesome too ??

    I hope to add to this thread a little more now. Gpc perth cup isnt far away and I'm finally shaking off injuries. Squatted 185 x 5 easily tonight.

    Incline bench Always thought regular bench and strict military press would be enough. Until I tried them, now they are a regular.

    How many pull ups can you do?

    A proper set of pullups is much easier now due to losing around 12-13kg. But if I'm honest I'm still probably around a max of 6-7 very strict at a BW of 110-ish.

    Awesome mate. It's great seeing someone take up lifting and get results. My missus is heading towards 100kg squat. My 8yo daughter did a plank for 1min35 too :)

    Great news taurus; I know he had potential, but you can only get in the side with 'potential' for so long. You actually have to use it eventually. With the influx of youngsters, I don't think we'll see Watson in the side ever again.

    Lol I'm very much a night time person. Always have been. Missus is very much a morning person. If I trained that late, I'd stay up for another hour or so. I never have anything except some carbs and maybe taurine for a preworkout. Caffeine does nothing for me.

    Totally agree with grunt. There's no way I can function at that time. Some of my best sessions have been as late as 11pm.
