    Elbow sleeves

    I've got Rehband ones, wear them every session. Mostly cos it's cold as fuck in my shed and I like the warmth on my knees and elbows.

    Cheers fellas. Pretty measly effort at 630kg bodyweight lol! I'm tipping Vonfram, 0ni and swervyn to make mince meat of this at a much lower bodyweight.

    I guess they may not be that unconventional, but with rows I've added a bit more weight and used a bit more momentum and tried to extend the weight as far as possible downwards. As per the Ed Coan vid. I'm also loving bent over dumbbell rows, both hands at once. Looks spastic but works a treat.
