My Deadlift Needs Help. Criticise me?

I wouldn't say there is much wrong except the angle of your arms. Your shoulders are way too far in front of you. Fix that one thing, and keep doing what you're doing, see how that goes for a month or two. Don't go changing a million things at once because you'll never know what helped.

    General Powerlifting Programs- Personal Reviews

Juggernaut Review I decided to run the Juggernaut written by Chad Smith, after being quite impressed with his performance at the Worlds last year. I also (maybe stupidly) decided to go on a cut whilst doing it. I ran it over 16 weeks, deloading after each 'wave' of rep segments. 10's, 8's, 5's...

    General Powerlifting Programs- Personal Reviews

I thought I'd start a thread where we could review a program based on our own personal experiences. There's no right or wrong reviews, just opinions and sharing what worked and what didn't.

    2015 Challenge Thread

My goals haven't changed from earlier. 10% BF. 300kg deadlift. By November. My secondary goals would be not to hurt my shoulder, maybe bench 140....and squats can go fuck themselves lol

    The 0ni diet

Fairly similar to my diet. Interesting note from DaveP- I am the opposite with reflux, while on low-carb my heartburn/reflux goes away. And 0ni- Do you believe animal fats cause high cholesterol? I found that eating HFLC reduced mine (and high BP), which shocked my doctor.

    (Tennis) Australian Open 2015

I think it's a shit move, he was definitely faking to a degree. And he's done it before. You tube, Djokovic plays drunk. I'm no Murray fan either but I think he a right to be a bit pissed about it.

Fuck yeah Scorchers...thrilling game, had to laugh at how many times Carberry had to dive before even facing a ball. They were the best team all year, great bowling attack. On this subject of bowling, I certainly hope the selectors took notice of Lyon. Can't believe he was left out of the world...

    (Tennis) Australian Open 2015

Agree...I can't stand him. Learn some respect and ACTUALLY WIN SOMETHING before shooting your mouth off and carrying on like that. Roger Federer is admired by all and is all class.
