Ausbb'ers with busy schedules, how many meals do you get in a day?

Not sure I'm a busy as some of the guys around here but 2 or 3 main meals if I'm lucky. Then just constantly snacking in any spare moment on basically anything I can get my hands onto. Can leave a little to desire though....

    The Walking Dead

Was a good way to start a season, bit of action straight away, and what a plan. No idea where they were planning on leading the horde though? Not sure about these black & white flashbacks, a little annoying. Lots and lots of zombies, reminiscent of that last episode of FTWD.

    Your diet.

I used an IFFYM calculator which uses a pretty standard formula to calculate calories to start off with then adapted as a monitored composition changes. It calculated a BMR of 2980, which I rounded to 3000, I added a 300 calorie surplus and discovered no weight change over 1 month period. Added...

    Bodyspace

I'll update every few months usually. I've kept track since about January, I think. Not so much recording weight, as it varies too quickly.

Does wind noise in the ear bother you while riding?

I've got some damn sensitive ears, I can pick up too many things. Basically can barely sleep without a normal set of ear plugs. Went to a sleep doctor and used some health insurance to pay for a pair so I could sleep properly. Best investment ever, literally cannot hear a thing, probably bad...

    2015 year end goals.

190kg deadlift is about the only thing I want. Most of my other training has been a little derailed due to injuries. That and a successful cut finishing towards the end of December.

    Good Compression Bras ?

Good luck finding one, my ex was DD-E, she had so much trouble because even with compression ones she got a fair bit of movement. I never found out if she ever found one that worked though! haha

Doing great taurus; I love your training routines, something I'd like to think about in the future. Running is so good, I just can't handle solid surfaces like concrete.

[Tv] What are you watching at the moment?

Fark here's me thinking that all the good TV would hold up till I'm finished exams. Blindspot, Limitless, Minority Report, Quantico are all in their first season just beginning. Big Bang Theory, Modern Family, Brooklyn Nine Nine, Scorpion are moving into their newest seasons. The Strain is...

How many of you record your lifting progress and how many go by "feel"?

I can't use bloody pen and paper too much sweat everywhere, smudge everything. Just record on my phone at the end of each exercise, I don't look at it for anything else during workouts.

Saw the video of the woman being punched in the face by a Fremantle supporter. Saw a video of Issac Smith being assaulted by a Fremantle supporter. And have heard about another incident occurring with another Hawthorn player being abused.

Hawks have shown their skill once again. There ability to play high pressure matches. The crowd at Domain once again were absolutely disgusting, no courtesy, just plain rude and condemning. We never give Freo that treatment when they come a play at the MCG. It sure didn't help them tonight. It...

Always get 4-6L of water a day, constantly sipping or I get mad cotton mouth. Some where between 1-2L of Low Fat Milk. Love my Chai Tea. Drink a can or two of soft drink a week, I love it.

    Scotts guide to water cutting.

If this technique is about drying out then this is still very useful. I can see however it is not permanent fat loss at the level a body builder needs.

    Scotts guide to water cutting.

Sticky; I can see this differs from a bodybuilders cut, or what I know of a bodybuilder's cut. Would a cut like this work for a bodybuilder? I can imagine, it'd make you look dry. I'm not well informed regarding cuts, especially things like water depletion.
