    Been making some good money off small wagers of late. Got a bit of a knack for picking greyhounds. Little bit of analysis and you can get some good picks. These are from different days, always making a nice profit.

    Add something green, always a good idea. Kale, Spinach and Silverbeet are both loaded with micronutrients are a must have. Or something red. Beets, Capsicum are awesome, Vitamin K is always a good thing if you love your carbs. You can disguise any bad taste with enough raspberries, strawberries...

    Something I need to work on. After around 4 sets of heavy deadlifts starts slipping real bad. Chalk would probably help though.

    Moda is okay, but it doesn't compare to Dex in my opinion. However, I do have ADHD so I can see why it would be better. There are plenty of good nootropics that are pretty great improvement on caffeine and even modafinil. If you need ideas that are legal haha :P Nootropics Facebook Group

    Small/Ignored Bodyparts

    Abs, I can go a few weeks on but then get busy and not do them for ages. I haven't done them in a good 5-6 weeks. Everything else gets hit pretty hard for me.
