300-500g carbs for me.
As long as I don't consume too many high glycemic index carbs, I don't see any negative effects.
I avoid gluten and wheat carbs as much as possible.
I'd say mines probably pretty mild too. Initially there was some severe discomfort. But now it settles down into more annoying than anything.
Like you said, not doing stuff that is going to set it off is pretty important. I've gone from 15 pull ups to 1 haha.
Rest is a good move, I love Tiger Balm.
Thanks heaps.
I'm organising getting some sessions with a sports medicine center in Geelong about 2 hours away.
Should hopefully be the answer to these problems along with strengthening it post therapy so to not redamage.
Wow, sounds like it got bad. I'm hopeful now mine won't get there.
I've stopped most pressing movements, and am basically avoiding all bicep movements.
Using wraps on as many gripping movements as possible.
Having a good rest before beginning any of this.

I eagerly await the name of this therapy, I'm sure it could be perfect for what I need.
Our physio's down here can be pretty hopeless. Most of the time they don't do jak.
Hi all,
Wanting your take and advice regarding this kind of injury.
I've been doing a bit of research but wanted your input.
Around 6 months ago, I encountered tendonitis in my left arm, I left it untreated for 6 weeks and as a result now have long term damage that has to be corrected.

It could be some sort of nerve impingement. You could do a slight fix by relying less on your arms as support and focusing more of the weight onto your upper back (traps).
Suggest you see a physio and if possible start squatting without smith. I squat in the smith, but I wouldn't if I could.
Have had it for a while now. Finally got it into a state where it isn't killing me all the time.
Managing two leg days every 10 days which is good.
Maintaining a vertical shin in almost every movement has helped so much.
Had a period of around 8 weeks initially where I just couldn't train the...
It's a summer camp I've been going to since I was 13.
Basically focussed around Gippsland Lakes, we do a lot of water based activities.
We also go 'expeditioning' in canoe platoons around the lakes and the different campsites.
Works out to around 80-150km of paddling, plus a bunch of fishing...
It'll be good to see you back.
I don't think I'll be adding any till well into the new year.
I've got a 3 week holiday in the bush where I doubt there will be any weights to lift haha.
Gym down here is always quiet, but it's gotten even quieter around the peak times which is the usual for this year.
I train at random times in the day, so I see all the different periods. I've been getting a lot of alone time though which is good.
