Imagine that run with a good jump. I'm excited. Will keep improving. Keep in mind this was his first run at the track too.

Boy! Kakarot, so close! It was literally his poor jump that stopped him getting first. And he almost caught up. Either way I get my share from the 2nd plus I plonked $1000 on his ass to place, and got paid out at $1.7.

One of my greyhounds is engaged to race. He's drawn the perfect box for his speed, unfortunately race 12. Which means he'll be stuck in kennels for a fair few hours which definitely isn't ideal when it comes to Kakarot. This is definitely still more promising circumstances than his last draw...

Two totally unpredictable nights, absolutely no reason those two bets shouldn't have won. We will stick to weekend soccer to reduce these unpredictable results. Tends to happen in cup games. Follow the Facebook page DangerousAttackAUS from now on. The owner and I often have discussions...

Giving you all a little more time to prepare yourselves and do your own research my tips for tonight are on a pretty obvious game. Real Madrid vs Wolfsburg Champions League Undoubtly, Real Madrid have shown their flare of late, beating the infamous Barcelona in a 2-1 victory. I expect they'll...

Glenovan absolutely made no sense last night. At home with terrific form and record against this team. That's punting though. Dover Athletic stood up well in more unlikely circumstances. Glenovan -5.5 units Bayern Munich -1 units Dover Athletic +3.1 units Total: -3.4 units I'm following these...

Analysed a few games tonight and have gone with these. I value the first game more so than the second. Glenovan vs Ballymena Northern Ireland Premier League 3rd vs 8th on the table. Glenovan playing at home, recent home form shows 9 wins, 3 draws, 3 losses with 31 goals scored and 16...

Bang! Good wins on Leciester and Roma doubles. Leciester coming through with a predictable 1-0 win, a correct score would have been good, but didn't see a lot of value in one at only $4.50. Roma played extremely well, winning 4-1. Inter didn't fire at all, losing 2-1. If you staked equal units...

Picked Essendon and Read Madrid this weekend. Not often I'll punt on sports, but pretty happy with that. Leciester (EPL) and Roma (Serie A) are risky tonight, but can see both getting up in an ideal world. Leciester is on a terrific winning streak, they get to play at home tonight, at just...

The Internet and the good and bad

    1. Jeff Cavaliere, intimate knowledge of movement and physiology. 2. Mark Rippatoe, taught me how to deadlift and squat. 3. Probably a few of the blokes off the forum, you will know who you are. In terms on non internet references Joe Weider olympia training manuals were probably one of my...

Thanks Russell, lets hope it's a different outcome next week. I've got two other greyhounds in the mix now. I'm Jacko & Mugs Away - both still pretty fresh from their maiden days, both young dogs but are now being allocated to new trainers. Will be racing in a month or so.

Had him up on the big screen. Jumped pretty good, got caught up in the squeeze box jumble. But passed a few for a 4th. No money in my pocket, but I'll give him the benefit of the doubt on his first Victorian race and hope for a better box next time. Definitely a huge amount of potential.

Warragul R7 N5 Can't wait for his Victorian debut. He's got some great speed about it. I haven't wagered on him tonight, I've already invested enough at this point. Good luck boys! I'll anticipate he might run out of track before he can wind up his best, he's a 460m dog.

Here's his first race. Hasn't got the best box, but he's one from tough positions before. He's got some decent competition in Sandy Monelli, Winston Rose and Tywin Bale. I've had these dogs all win for me. But all in all definitely not the worst competition to start off Victorian racing...

Toughest month we've had in a while. December we made 290 units, January 150 units, February 130 units - this month we're technically up 6 units. I'm up a fair bit more however. Most of my profit this month has come from multi wins on dog placings and wins. I'm doing pretty alright at about...

Building a lifting platform to include rack.

Would definitely suggest bolting down, no doubt about it. Unless the bottom of the rack/platform has some serious surface around it to spread the load. Marine Ply or Form Ply would be best. Form is stronger in my opinion but may be less force absorbent. But I imagine with a good rubber...
