Decent first two episodes of Mr Robot I thought.
For the sci-fi lovers, Dark Matter and Killjoys are back for their second seasons too.
Wayward Pines, The Last Ship have returned. Wentworth & Containment about to finish up latest seasons.
Thanks everyone for the replies! 2 or 3 pages worth in the time it took me to get back to my computer.
I'm going to add some more focus work on my lumbar which I thought was pretty strong but maybe not the case.
Also will try some form tweaks to get things happening better.
Great reply mate, thanks.
It's usually gone 3-4 days after leg day, but I can feel that it's not DOMS.
Alright, so I'm doing the right thing with my back nice and straight, there seems to be some conjecture about this.
I focused tonight on really powering through with the legs like I thought I...
Hey all,
Been getting a bit of a sore lower back post leg day for the last few months, it hasn't been anything major but painful enough to present me with difficulty lifting everyday objects.
By the time I get to my second lot of a deadlifts for the weak the pain is gone, usually lasts 3-4 days...

@Timeah;
Jon Snow is technically Daenerys nephew, seeing as Lyanna Stark who we now know was Jon's mother was with Rhaegar Targaryen.
The birthing scene is a strong indication of this, so Jon Snow is half Stark and half Targaryen. Making Sansa, Arya, Bran his cousins rather than siblings.
Last two episodes have certainly answered some questions and revealed the direction in which many of the fans thought the show was going.
The quality of TV being made by the Game of Thrones mob is sensational. Special effects, plots, dialogue are excellent.
Has been a big buildup to the events...
Thanks for the thoughtful answer mate.
I think he'd be better off saying if you want to be like an athlete, train like an athlete.
I'm fully aware he's not a bodybuilding or powerlifting coach.
I'll follow his breathing technique and hopefully build up on my abdominals.
I plan on cutting around...
