    -Have just started a new diet. Meal 1 is 100gm rolled oats, 45gm Whey protein powder, 80gm mixed berries, 10gm almonds. No milk in diet. Tried the rolled oats, almonds, and mixed berries this morning - wasn't to bad, but was like chewing on cardboard and took about half an hour to eat it!

    Fadi, for someone looking to build muscle would you still recommend your 4000 calorie muscle building or has your thinking since then (I realize it was written a fair while ago) changed? -Obviously the ratios of the above sample meals are quite a bit different. Cheers Fadi.

    ..you pretty much nailed it in your first sentence, mental toughness is lacking. Evenings are pretty much out, have two young kids (1 & 4) and from 5pm I spend time with them, which is more important to me than training. I also have my own business so after the kids go to bed I spend time on...

    What's holding me back? - motivation - train early mornings and find it bloody hard to get motivated, half the time miss out because I'm lazy and cbf. what am I going to do about it? - look for a good coach to give me 12 months coaching so I'm held a bit more accountable.

    ...I know pwo's have been done to death, but I'm after a recommendation for a good one with no crash. All the ones I have tried give me a real bad crash afterwards. I train in the mornings (around 6:00am) and sessions usually go for around an hour and a half or so. Feel good for the first hour...
