    What are some good exercises for core strength? Thinking of adding an extra day or so to increase core strength. Thinking overhead squats, hanging leg raise and AB wheel. Any thoughts / suggestions?

    @genics and @oni - out of curiosity, (probably more directed at you Genics) why don't (or didn't you) just use small doses of testosterone and keep doing that? Is it because the body adapts?, you need more to keep growing?, or just that other drugs get you to where you want to get to faster?, or...

    Cheers Stevey, just had a look at their website and looks good. Do you reckon the 20mm mats with good underlay underneath be ok for takedowns or do you reckon the 40 mm is a must?

    Hey mate, their are companies that laser cut rhs, would we be sweet f all to get that cut. - obviously depends on qty, we get a heap of gear done here at work (spend around 30k or so a month on laser cutting), if you wanted to I could price it up for you.

    Nice set-up kaz, we have a board set up at work but with the backboard about three times as big - if we used a cabinet like that the darts would get blunt tips from the bricks pretty quick - some of the boys are pretty crook shots!

    Righto, pretty pissed off with myself at the moment - went and had a weights session this arvo and felt like a weak, fat slug. Made some really good progress for 4 months or so during 2012 then had a few personal and work related issues crop up that I used as piss weak excuses to stop training...
