    Right, I'm going to go ahead and not believe the advice of a golfer on the use of foam rollers. I've never yet seen someone tear a muscle due to using a foam roller before a meet, and you'd think that if his point of view had any validity at all it would happen in competition.

    As far as PA goes, there's almost nothing. Traditionally they've had one in Mannum per year and nothing else. Apparently next year there should be one in Adelaide itself, but that hasn't been confirmed yet. I don't think GPC or CAPO have anything there either, it's basically just gym comps.

    I don't think Bruce Lee can bench anything right at the moment. I seriously doubt he could ever have benched 150 for 20 reps either.

    Why would you ever stick to one rep range? Different rep ranges have different effects and they all have their place.

    The wisdom of a coach getting a 14 year old to do equipped lifting is that if she wants to be an equipped long term, the sooner she gets adjusted to the patterns the better. Given she's Russian, there's a fair chance she wants to be equipped long term as that's still seen as the legitimate form...

    As far as the hernia goes, I had a repair done about two years ago. I still get pain in the incision site at times, often when I'm lifting. I didn't actually have a hernia to start with though (misdiagnosed lipoma), so it may be something to be more careful with for you then it was for me.

    If so, it's good to hear it. I'm PA, but I agree with your ideas that there needs to be an untested fed and its better (in my opinion) if that fed has good judging.

    They do have some very impressive raw guys, but the dodginess isn't only in their multiply... I know I've seen this posted on here before, but I think it shows what I am talking about really well: BIG ROB WILKERSON 1000 RAW SQUAT!
