    What it's saying is that they don't need an urgent referral/treatment in hospital. Doesn't mean it's nothing to worry about.

    I've watched this exact video, and I remember his claims from it. He claimed that a more inwardly turned stance would directly lead to a bigger squat. That's what I mean when I say his advice on increasing performance.

    Yes, livers have a lot of redundant capacity. That's why you do the coagulation profile - it shows how well your liver is working right now, whereas the LFTs show if there is damage being done to it. Bazza, in that case your liver values probably would have been normal, except or bilirubin...

    Bazza, frusemide is a human drug too. Given IV or oral, used in heart failure, liver failure, iatrogenic overhydration, acute pulmonary oedema... Doesn't make it a safe drug: it's a very powerful diuretic, but just because you use a drug on cows doesn't mean it's not also used in humans.

    If its just a photoshoot, why not just use frusemide? Dangerous drug to fuck around with if you get the dosages wrong, but it's got to be better than meth... No addiction potential for one thing, regulated formulation/production for another.

    Genics, that's bullshit. Hep A gets into the thousands, classic alcoholism gets nowhere near that. Classic alcoholism affects AST more than ALT anyway.

    ALT is a good indicator of current injury to the liver that occurs from within the liver, rather than from the ducts that go from the liver on to the small bowel. What tests did you have done? Do you have the rest of your results from the LFTs? What about coags/INR? Liver biopsy probably isn't...

    Kelly Starret? He's great at rehab and fixing unhealthy movement patterns. You can pretty much safely ignore anything he says will increase performance.

    Shouldn't have gotten a squat call or a rack call. In general, no, its no more risky than other sports. In specific, that squat isn't great.

    I'm assuming adc? Last time I looked there were a bunch of different sources suggested. SR 2.0 is cheaper for anything more than 200x200mg last time I looked.

    Check whirlpool, they've got a lot of threads on the best place to get it. I used SR, but whether or not you'd trust SR 2.0 or not at the moment is questionable. Apparently customs won't seize it, btw, so international is fine.

    Wrong. A powerlifter should train the bench using his/her competition width grip most of the time. Why do you try to have opinions on a sport you don't participate in in any way?
