    Epic 1 year Steroid Transformation

Zane probably wouldn't have much to say about it. He was known as the chemist for a reason.

It does have a hypnotic effect at higher dosages. C_T is right that it shouldn't be used for that purpose though. Also, wiki is actually more accurate than encyclopaedia britannica these days.

You can also still get done for a lot of the pre-workouts, most of them contain synephrine now instead. Basically, don't touch preworkouts anywhere near a meet - you can look up the exact half-lives if you want to be exact (5 half lives is considered elimination, I give it 10) but then you run...

    Sleep Supplements

It's a matter of dosage. Lower doses are more likely to act as anxiolytics, while higher doses will act as hypnotics. Diazepam is a fairly weak benzo though, and rarely used as a hypnotic. In a hospital setting, diazepam is usually used to prevent alcohol withdrawals, while temazepam or zolpidem...

The idea that IPF don't test for two of the more androgenic drugs around seems a little far-fetched to me. IPF testing is exactly whatever WADA mandate, testing is basically the same across all sports except a couple who also test for alcohol and beta blockers. As far as I know, the exact list...

The urine tests test for metabolites, total test content and testosterone to a bunch of other hormone ratios. I'm willing to believe its possibly to beat tests (there was that paper that found a variant genotype common among south east Asians that meant around 25% less test was excreted in the...

It was their own country that got them after it got to the point were their country was suspended from the IPF and its return made contingent upon a specific number of tests. They were political scapegoats to show the IPF that the RPF was really, truly on board with this whole drug-free thing...

0ni, to put it bluntly, you're not good enough for them to care. None of us are. If you aren't in the top three national slots in your weight class (assuming PA only), who cares if you're on? As a member of PA you'd still be cheating, but if you're that pathetic at cheating then it's not really...

Because academic opinion on "threats to liberty" has any place in deciding the rules of a sport? By the way, you use the word are when talking about multiple items. Were any of the comments made on your paper related to poor usage of grammar?

How are you managing to do one set of 15 at 80%? Or have you already done your skills test, in which case that section is meant to be a deload.

    Best rep range for strength

I don't know why you'd assume oni can't clean 100. He deadlifts 250, even with shit form his clean is going to be low 100s. The jerk is a different question and should be interesting to see video of him dropping 100 kgs of non-bumpers at a commercial gym.

How do you tell if you're recovered? (or not recovered)

The more you train, the quicker you will get better. The percentage of max weight on the bar doesn't matter anywhere near as much as the volume. Five triples three times a week at 80% is much better than three triples once a week at 90%. In other words, as long as you aren't injured, train...

    Best rep range for strength

Stupid question. Each has it's own training effect. Plus your triples option is only a single set as compared to multiple sets of other options.

How do you tell if you're recovered? (or not recovered)

Recovering between sessions is over-rated. Are you training to have as much weight on the bar as you can every session or to get stronger long-term?

    Angle of foot for squatting?

I squat raw (no wraps) at about 1.5 times shoulder width. I loved out to there from just outside shoulder width gradually because I was stronger wider. I've tried wider stances than this but I lose too much stability and can't get convincing IPF depth.

    Increased Alt in liver

That's unsurprising with 17-alpha compounds. There's a reason you only take them short term.
