    Camel Milk

Cheers mate! the symptoms are mostly pretty mild now (sometimes flares up a bit, but). exercising every day (pullups, air-squats etc, plus the specific neck exercises that the physio taught me), and increasing the amount each month. I think I'll have a go getting back to the weights when...

    Camel Milk

Some enterprising people catch and sell our live camels to Saudi Arabia. Apparently, our camels are healthier than theirs.

    Viagra or ciallis?

I hadn't heard of PT141 before. Have been looking it up. Also called Bremelanotide - a peptide hormone related to Melanotan. Sounds like useful stuff! So, wheredyagedit????

    Viagra or ciallis?

Oh no no no no Not in India at all. I am having obtained tablets with 40mg, Sahib! (I take a little nibble of the pill - which is my estimate of an eighth of it - so about 5mg per shot)

    Viagra or ciallis?

Yep, it's good stuff. I've been very conservative with it - only 5mg per dose - takes a few hours to kick in. I don't know whether it does much for recovery time with me - but (1) I'm an old bastard, and (2) it's been a long time since the missus was up for seconds straight after - so I don't...

    Viagra or ciallis?

How much do you take? & how long does it take to kick in? I'm impressed with your recovery time - it's a long time since i've been like that!

WA man Matthew Whitby nearly died after taking two popular dietary supplements

Tragic for the poor bloke, but as a lesson for the rest of us, it's hard to work out what to make of it. The MJA report, in the "Clinical Record" part, says "... 10 weeks before presentation, he had used two dietary supplements for a 1-week period. These were a whey protein powder and a weight...

Oats - good or bad source of carbs?

In England, they feed oats to horses. That's why the English have such fine horses. In Scotland, the people eat the oats. That's why they have such fine men in Scotland.

    Help

The world's your fuckin' shellfish, mate! Just start doing something - pullups, squats, and bench press is really all you need to start with. A few hard sets of each of these every 4 or 5 days, and you'll see a change pretty quick. You needn't worry about any fancy programs for at least six...

    Terror in Paris

Strewth! I think we should all at least acknowledge that Johnnie Walker's opinion counts for more than anyone else's in this discussion. When the gun laws came in after the Tasmanian shooting, at first I thought that it was a pretty pointless political gesture. But then I thought to myself...

    Claw Toes

Have you tried any kind of foot flattening exercise - like perhaps front-squatting barefoot (or in open-toe sandals)? Just a suggestion - I don't really know ... Also, if you can manage to spend more time not wearing shoes (& socks) this might help a bit ...

    Wanker's Hand

Yes, well - guilty on both counts, in my case. Sorry about yours - but at least it puts me in respectable company. :D That's the sort of thing I was after (short of a miracle cure, which doesn't seem to be on offer) - a ray of hope. I believe! :)

    Wanker's Hand

Have any of you lot had experience with "Dupuytren's contracture"? I first noticed the annoying little lump in July. I haven't been doing any lifting since before that time (due to an unrelated medical issue), but it gets annoying pushing a lawnmower, so I would imagine it wouldn't be too good...

Melanotan II: Has anyone used this tanning treatment??

I've just done a bit of a google search for Melanotan. The best looking site I've found so far is http://www.betatan.co.za/ .za is the top-level domain code for the country of Zuid-Afrika, or South Africa to us. A bit of a change since apartheid, no?

    How to avoid hay fever?

Yes, they are both like some sort of cortisone. Another brand is Fleconase (the chemical is fluticasone). IMO, you get better value for money from Beconase than Felconase - although the chemist might try to persuade you that Fleconase is 'better', I think it's just better for their profit...

    How to avoid hay fever?

Beconase spray. I was put onto this stuff many years ago, by a very enlightened doctor at my university, when it (or rather, other brand-names containing the same active ingredient, beclamethasone) was a prescription-only asthma medication. You had to get a special adapter so you could spray...
