    What keeps you motivated?

I have plenty of days where motivation should be zero ... still getting pain during my recovery from surgery (never damned ending lol). Some days and weeks it's painful and frustrating during training sessions. I still turn up, do what I have to do ... not sure why. Maybe just because I love...

    As you get stronger

I used to work out 6-7 times per week before focussing on strength as a priority, although was getting stronger during that time. I used to recover really fast. I take longer to recover now but I've been lifting much heavier loads over recent years. I workout 4 times per week now (occasional...

yay! I'd have to reserve those just for me or risk killing my chocolate customers haha. Well, I pulled out two dead habaneros yesterday :( But the others all look OK so now they are all prepped to start greening up (some have started) for summer. Fed them and now just to watch in the next...

YES!!! That's the one. I would get one yesterday if I had the space and $$ to spare. You can sometimes get it on sale for around $250 or so... always good to check with JB HIFI especially as they discount it down during sales. I'm hanging out for the next sale in case I can afford to get one...

toaster oven appliances cannot perform like a commercial oven ;) There is the Breville IQ, which is actually quite energy efficient, compact and is a great all rounder. It's just that I don't have space for it and I cannot justify the funds towards it (despite being really good value) as every...

mine is partly a thermostat issue too. I have to set it to max temp of 250C to get it to 225C but then it drops temp suddenly for no reason. Keeping a thermometer in there (calibrated) shows what a crazy party it's having inside. Stuffs up everything and can't do proper roasts or anything...

I'm truly sick of having no oven (mine acts like a crazed supernatural evil thing from a Stephen King novel). I finally caved in to my need to make some eclairs (it's been over 12 months now :() The oven did its feral thing and dropped 30C instantly right when I needed the temp to be high. Ah...
