    the more i listen to mark bell's supertraining, the more i realise everyone squats different, and THATS OK!! instead of instructionals with prescribed mechanics when they don't take into effect every person has different mobility and mechanics.

    i find the headache all pretty stretching, tho i dont take high stims like steve does but i have taken it before and never got a headache, is it new, or i think everyone is different and a blanket headache statemenet isnt very wise in the whole of life

    i listen to podcasts and think about the gains im making got a problem with that i find the moderate pace helps my lower back and legs as a whole, keeps everything loose and not as stiff the next day or week

    i think you'd be surprised! most people think they squat deep, but don't even hit paralell. thought it needed to be said since i got so many haters.

    i find the heavier it gets, the easier position gets... but also, the more verticle i need. at 60kg i lean forward for depth like a motherfucker at 100 its not bad at 140 i feel like im fairly high bar straight, but im not, theres still lean forward in the hole. remember im not a powerlifter...

    yesterday was legs, back squats bar x12 40x12 60x10 80x8 100x6 120x5 130x3 140x1 120x4 100x6 80x8 60x10 paused in the hole, all above is 100% ass to grass. leg press, 3 plates a side upto 7 plates a side, with toe presses before racking, 12-6 reps pyramid laying hammies, 4 sets leg extensins 4...

    bought a preworkout, first time in years... felt stupid tingles for an hour. don't remember them lasting that long, gaba powder would be 5 mins worth after 15 mins... not sure if its good or not yet, maybe its a first response which is super sensitive?

    i prefer lean meats, with fatty steaks i'll cut the fat off and leave it. doesn't taste good to me, guess im weird. and crackle, yeah gross sorry. can't really put butter on bread etc either.
